Reason: For the purposes of tagging, aliasing featureless_groin to featureless_crotch may help prevent an easy tagging mistake. Groin is commonly treated as synonymous to crotch, even though it does have slightly different meaning. I am unable to think of a realistic scenario where the two would be used differently.
