I've been combing through my bookmark folder of e621 links to prune those that don't exist because art purged for one reason or another, and I get down to bebebebebe, and I see 0 of anything. Now im damn sure I commented on one of their comic posts a while back so I check my total comments section, and its gone. I also see that their twitter handle is washlet_mskm so if there's a transitional period happening where all of the posts with the bebebebebe artist tag is being changed to washlet_mskm, I can understand that and will wait till its done, otherwise: did the artist request a removal of all their content from e621.net, and if not, then wtf is going on, what did I miss?

Bebebebebe requested a takedown on all of their art on e621, and it was handled yesterday. I don't know why they requested a takedown, though...

That's a shame, I guess I'll not be seeing their art anymore since they don't update their FA anymore and Twitter is too much of a dumpster fire for me to ever want to use it.

It feels like it's just standard to hide the reason now.

It shouldn't be though. If it's just "I don't want my art here" users won't harass the artist if they see the reason. If its hidden, users have a reason to seek out the artist to ask them directly.

Pixiv really isn't a bad alternative

Browsed thru his twitter pics are censored in 90% of cases and unless Pixiv is different I think he took down his content because we had uncensored versions that he keeps on his Fanbox. Unless he gives us an answer im gonna guess its because of Money that he felt he was losing to us.

It wasn't just porn, it was art. And now I feel lost.

From some basic searching, Bebebebebe purged everything off their Twitter. My guess that something bad happened to them to do such.

Some of the SFW stuff is still up on twitter, and their fanbox NSFW stuff is still up too. It seems probable that they have taken down the freely available NSFW to try and encourage subbing on fanbox.

So his old arts were put into a paid-for folder now? See, that's the kind of thing that should be a listed reason. People will know where they can go buy the works.

I think his drawings are in the permanent booru if you still want to see them.
