Does e621 have guideline(s) (or policy) on linking to Patreon and Ko-fi??

I have see Patreon and Ko-fi links included in some descriptions at e621,
but what if an artist changes their Patreon (or Ko-fi) URL??
(I've seen artist change their Patreon URL/username in the past)

Better to include Patreon and/or Ko-fi links at the e621 artist entry for that artist?? (example of artist entry with Patreon: https://e621.net/artists/3407 ),
that way if an artist changes their Patreon (or Ko-fi) URL, only one page needs to be updated ... rather than dozens(or more) of descriptions.

(EDIT: side-note ... some artist entries have URLs in URLs field and Notes field ... better to put Patreon links in Notes field?)

Descriptions are a good way for artists to promote themselves. Not letting them do that is extremely counter-productive.
Having Patreon / SubscribeStar / Ko-fi / Whatever else links on the artist page, in addition to the description, is always a good idea.

I know that Ko-Fi supports absolute links to profiles (ex. https://ko-fi.com/A0A43OM71 will redirect to my page, no matter what my username is).
Not sure if Patreon or SubscribeStar have that sort of thing.
