I don't wanna have to keep writing order:favcount one-handed every time. I can't find anything like this in the account settings.

Make bookmarks with your usual search queries, and one that just starts with "order:favcount".
That's not a bad feature idea actually, an order dropdown could be added below the mode dropdown.
Insert {{order:favcount}} or whatever onto your profile, and just open it in a new tab. Or bookmark the search, your choice.
You can also take the opportunity to make it more complicated, like {{sex date:week order:favcount -voted:me}}. -voted:me will remove any posts you have already voted on.
