Jonas Brasiliero is the name of both a character and the series he exists in. It's not about ownership, it's the same sort of categorisation that Gwen Geek has.

I think the distinction between jonas_brasileiro_(copyright) and jonas_brasileiro_(series) is inconsequential, but the latter would still work fine.
As for the character, I must insist on jonas_brasileiro_(joaoppereiraus): most of Joaoppereiraus' other original characters are tagged similarly, which allows a search to exclusively return posts featuring them by using the term *_(joaoppereiraus).
