The tag alias #53370 crotch_fluff -> crotch_tuft has been approved.
Reason: for all intents, the same thing and _tuft is way out in front; also for consistency, as _tuft is generally the favoured descriptor here
the same could be applied to breast_fluff -> breast_tuft, yet I just did a manual cleanup on _fluff, as it was such a small pool
