I just wanted to let you know that I had already compiled a list of all of the missing implications for pokémon through #721 and sent it to furrypickle. You shouldn't need to suggest any more of these for the moment. (though this post should help give him a little kick ;) )
Here's the list if anyone else feels like tackling it: http://pastebin.com/ncZGV7t0 (note that ~100 or so of the 400 tags have been implicated since I sent it to him, probably the first ~100 if I were to take a guess).

Before you there were dozens of people who suggested that all pokémon should have implications, some also made list which is not fully done after 9 months so I think that this will need more than just "a little kick".
I'm also not convinced whether all pokemons really need implications. There are some that appear only on those big pictures with all pokemon in them. Though it's probably better to just imply all of them then to think about it too much.

I don't know. A week or so ago it had ~300 implications and now it's up to 418 so there is definitely progress being made. I could probably hammer out the list all in one go if I knew how to (and had access obviously), but I know that few people can tolerate doing something that dull/tedious for long periods of time.
It probably isn't as necessary now that the wiki for all of them is put together (since people who aren't into pokemon can easily figure out what the hell a particular species actually comes from), but it should probably be done eventually.

I dunno, furrypickle's kind of a new admin, so it's possible that while the others needed more than a kick, he doesn't.

He still has that naïve ideation to drive him.

I don't want to search the forum, but I'm pretty sure that people were saying same thing when Rainbow Dash was made an admin. :P
Okay, okay maybe I'm very negative but I've been here for some time and know that things very often work here slowly. Very slowly. Especially aliases and implications.

I have to admit that I'm a bit sour about that. It took a lot of time to weed out the existing implications and to sort the remaining species by the tag counts. And then those never actually got used.Granberia said:

And by the time something's done about those, the threads could already be out of date. Especially with all the reorganizing that's been done lately.
If I get some spare time, I think I'll double-check all the open aliases/implications to see if any discussions are out of date..

Approved.
As for the rest... The frustration is something I understand. It's one of the factors that went into my becoming an admin. I wanted to make a difference when I saw how much aliases and implications seemed to be falling behind, cyclically, every few months or so. But I can't promise I won't burn out someday. And I get busy sometimes and have less time to volunteer here. So ...I guess we'll see what happens.
As for the pokemon implications, parasprite sent me a list (huge thanks for that, btw) and I'm hopeful that finishing that list will also complete the older list which was never finished. I winced when I found that older list back there, thinking about how much work must have gone into compiling it. But can't promise I'll do any better until I actually do so. I knocked about 120 off the list paraprite sent me initially, but it's been a busy week for me since then. Gonna see if I can knock at least another hundred off the list before I leave tonight. It will bother me until I do it all.
I want to see a lot of these dangling projects finally finished and cleared out of limbo, so I know I'll be able to get at least some of them done. As I get the time, I'll keep handling the Pending backlog in chunks. And eventually I'll go looking for some of those threads that I know were left dangling and buried in the forum somewhere. Or at least that's my intentions. However, I am just human. And December is a busy month. And balancing other admin duties, plus these implications/aliases backlogs, plus real life duties is something I'm still figuring out the hang of. My best hope is that I get a lot done regardless even if I fall short of doing it all. So I can't promise anything except I'm gonna give it a really good stab. I guess we'll just have to see how far that actually can go.

Ah well, it's healthy to have just a little bit of crazy in you. =)
