Reason: Noticed two e621 tags for same thing.
1) tube_man (general category): one post, post #1667101
2) wacky_waving_inflatable_arm_flailing_tube_man (character category): 2 posts, post #1495123 (and 1667101).

Can we make that an implication instead? Like that one bug that looks like a croissant that you can freeze and use as a platform, it's a fun joke.

Edit: Personally I like the air/sky dancer terms. Sky_Dancer can easily be moved over to his own, suffixed tag, and then the tags can alias together.
Air dancer probably works best, since they dance via air blown through them, and usually aren't actually in the sky, no matter how tall they seem to be.

I usually agree with aliasing away tags like this, but I think it would be awesome to keep this tag (for comedic value) and instead imply it to tube_man. The tags skydancer, air_dancer, and tall_boy all seem too vague and it would probably be better to disambiguate these tags instead.
