Reason: The wiki definition of mostly_nude states that the tag is intended for "posts depicting a character wearing clothing that doesn't cover anything around the torso region".
Aprons, kimonos, and robes are almost guaranteed to partially or fully cover the torso region. For instances where these clothes do not cover that region, the mostly_nude tag can still be added on a post-by-post basis.
I am uncertain whether the cape_only tag should also be unimplicated, so I omitted it for now.
