Reason: The barely_contained tag is currently meant to be used in reference to penises alone according to its wiki page, but we all know that >90% of users never read those, and the name is arguably ambiguous, which is why people have been using it in reference to breasts and tails.

The purpose of this BUR is turning barely_contained into an umbrella tag and creating three more specific subtags that imply it, as well as moving posts currently tagged barely_contained to barely_contained_penis since in theory the definitions are the same at the moment.

Could also add barely_contained_balls, and maybe barely_contained_pussy. They should probably also imply the thing barely contained (penis, balls, breasts, etc) as you'll see some of it.

Though looking at the tag, it seems it's a bit more of a mess than just it being used for different body parts. Some instances use it correctly, but a number of other posts use it to mean stretched underwear / tenting, or basic bulges / penis outlines (which it says it should not apply to). And I'm not sure where some fall as they don't appear to be at risk of breaking out (does this even count?). And there's some that's definitely not contained.

In addition, since there's already instances used for balls and breasts, this needs a thorough cleaning. A mass update would erroneously tag non-penis instances as barely_contained_penis.

There's also quite a bit of overlap with barely_visible_* tags, as well as penis_base, nipple_slip, etc. So this feels inherently messy.
