Implicating quarian → mass_effect

Reason:

Quarian are aliens from the Mass Effect franchise.

(And tali'zorah_nar_rayya could be implicated to quarian, since she's one of them.)

i agree with the quarian -> mass effect implication but implying tali to quarian is bad idea because what if someone decides to draw her as human? its not uncommon that mass effect fans draw the aliens as humans.

I have no knowledge of Mass Effect, but I'm generally wary of wanting to implicate any character to a particular species for this very reason.

Implication of quarian to --> mass_effect is approved.

The other is denied (for already discussed and obvious reasons) but for posterity's sake: it's mainly because we don't implicate character tags to species tags.
