whenever I post my drawing on here, I tend to have a problem on how "zoomed in" the art is, I want it to be zoomed out a little more, I want help on how to do that, please?

On any image editor, find an option that says "Resize canvas" and increase it in short steps until you think it's good, keeping the original centered.
For example, in Paint.NET, the option is in "Image > Canvas size (Ctrl + Shift + R)", if you have the size of, say, 720 by 1280, increase it in steps of 30 (750 by 1310), setting the anchor dropdown to middle.
Other users might give you tips on other image editors. Hope that helps, though.

Do what Xch3l says, but decrease the size if you want it to be smaller.
