Topic: [REJECTED] Tag implication: humanoid_penis_in_slit -> humanoid_penis

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

That name is a bit ambiguous for the tag IMO. The wiki page describes it well, but most people don't read wiki pages and would most likely assume it is referring to penetration.

By the way, when you want to request more than one alias and/or implication at the same time, a Bulk Update Request works better.

Do we need such specific tags? Wouldn't this also mean there should be equine_penis_in_slit, cetacean_penis_in_slit, tapering_penis_in_slit, canine_penis_in_slit, equine_penis_in_ass, cetacean_penis_in_ass, tapering_penis_in_ass, canine_penis_in_ass, equine_penis_in_pussy, etc, etc...? That seems exceedingly excessive.

These are more of "This is the penis that comes out of that slit" tags, not "this penis is being shoved into that slit" tags. Misleading name.

The bulk update request #1438 is pending approval.

mass update humanoid_penis_in_slit -> humanoid_slit_penis
create implication humanoid_slit_penis (0) -> humanoid_penis (438872)
create implication humanoid_slit_penis (0) -> genital_slit (32299)
create implication humanoid_slit_penis (0) -> hybrid_penis (13330)

Reason: Fixing poor word choice. I've teporarily created a tag (instead of a set, whoops) penis_penetrating_slit to hold those that actually belong in the original tag. I could change this to an alias, but penis_in_<blank> is the standard with other terms like penis_in_pussy. Having slit be from_slit and penetrating_slit would end up being an odd one out.

Oh. In that case, *_slit_penis may work better, i.e. humanoid_slit_penis. Seems like it'd still get out of hand though. That means there should also be equine_slit_penis, cetacean_slit_penis, canine_slit_penis, etc. What about tags like knotted_equine_slit_penis (from knotted_equine_penis), knotted_humanoid_slit_penis (from knotted_humanoid_penis), etc? And cloacal_penis variations: equine_cloacal_penis, canine_cloacal_penis, knotted_equine_cloacal_penis, etc. Sheathed penises? humanoid_sheathed_penis, equine_sheathed_penis, etc. Then shouldn't there also be a variation for a penis that's not from a slit/cloaca/sheath/etc?

Would slitted_humanoid_penis make more sense? Although slitted can be interpreted as being "cut/slashed" or as "having a slit", but I feel it might go hand-in-hand with how we have named sheathed_humanoid_penis.

What about tags like knotted_equine_slit_penis (from knotted_equine_penis), knotted_humanoid_slit_penis (from knotted_humanoid_penis), etc? We already have knotted_*_penis but I feel adding on another adjective would not be viable. Imagine sheathed_knotted_humanoid_penis, but you can just tag it with knotted_humanoid_penis + sheathed_humanoid_penis (and knot_in_sheath if you're looking for an unexposed knot).

I wouldn't mind some basic terms like equine or canine, as those would be useful, but it shouldn't have complicated hybrid terms like knotted_equine. That's just way too specific to offer much assistance in searches at all.

Went ahead and changed them to humanoid_slit_penis for now. That sounds more reasonable than slitted_humanoid_penis to me, but it's not difficult to change it if enough people prefer the latter.

The naming is difficult as it must not be understood as a split penis, or the meatus.

Maybe something like humanoid_penis_from_slit ?

Both the original tag and the proposed update conjure up imagery quite unrelated to the actual meaning. A better tag more in line with sitewide standards would be slit_with_humanoid_penis. This follows the same format as its sister tag uncut_with_sheath and doesn't separate any of the words in the subtags.
