So, I tried messaging NotMeNotYou about the fact I still can't submit anything for 2 years, but he didn't respond. I also contacted the administrator, but my message didn't send due to being "spam classification."

i am so sorry for giving Beesprout the terrible advice about the alt account, i had no idea they were trying to circumvent a post ban. if i had known about any of this i wouldnt have said anything.

They had their upload limit manually edited to -1, instead of the default 10, so something tells me this is intentional...
Also, although you can make alternate accounts, you cannot go circumventing account limits with alternate accounts. If there's a limit to how many times you can do it in a period of time, you're expected to stay within that limit.

When did you contact NMNY? If it's recently you should give them more time, if it has been a while and it seems they will not respond, you can try again or try to contact another Admin that deal with that sort of thing. Check their profiles there will be some kind of list with things they can help you with.

Alt accounts are allowed, yes, but if you try to do anything againts the rules with the alt account, it's still againts the rules and consequences will be harsher that way.
Circumventing upload limit is one of the things that you would be breaking the rules and instead admin would need to manually adjust your limit above negative in your account instead. Base limit is always 10 by default, so if it's anything else, it's been deliberately changed already and most likely for a reason.
Seems a bit weird that your base limit is set to -1. Did you get any messages about the reasoning for that?

Yeah, he's the head admin, so he's fairly busy. It can take some time for him to respond.

I ignored both messages you sent me because they both were just short rants on how you dislike e621 with no indication of a desire from you to upload anything again.

As for my deleted posts, I understand why they got deleted (human only, paysite/commercial content, unapproved for 30 days, artist is on do not post list). The fact that e621 has a posting limit really pisses me the fuck off. That's why I decided to post stuff on other sites, such as Rule 34 Paheal for example.
Quite frankly I believe it's best you don't upload here, at all.

Well at least one of my messages had something to do with me wanting to upload stuff on e621 again. Maybe you just looked at the message for a split second and then ignored it. Maybe if you were doing your job right, my ass still wouldn't have an upload limit of -4 fucking posts! And you wonder why I'm rarely active here as an e621 user. Smh.

You have an outbox full of your sent DMails. Verify that it was actually one that you sent and point that out rather than getting angry and further digging your own hole.

No, I read both them entirely, they're both just short rants about how you hate our uploading guidelines. And I repeat: We don't want you to upload here, and your lack of care for our rules means it'll stay that way.

I have no dog in this fight (if you could even call whatever this mess is that), but if you want anyone, especially the mods, to take you seriously, you need to stop whinging like a child throwing a temper-tantrum in Walmart because mommy isn't buying you the right brand of chicken tendies. You sound seriously underage, and if you actually aren't, you need to step back and look at how you are acting, because it sure isn't in any way like an adult.
if you want to make a contribution to the site you could always take up the mantle of the un-sung heros in tagging, as there will always be posts which are lacking tags order:tagcount_asc
It'll take time and effort, but good behaviour + contributing in other areas is probably your best bet to having the restriction reconsidered. Just something to consider.
