Topic: a question about my art..

Posted under Art Talk

hi!

is my art good enough to be here on e621? if not, then are there any ways on how do i improve my works?

the reason why i made this thread is that i kind of keep getting downvoted because of how my art sucks or that i do lewd art for a “game” that it’s somewhat unnecessary to do for..

(i also do sfw art, but for personal reasons i wouldn’t link my public profile here)

Updated

Hard to say anything about your art if you aren't linking any gallery. The images you have posted were approved easily enough though.

Screenshots are typically unwelcome, but offical art is often an exception.

I mean this with complete honesty, but I actually really enjoy your art style! It's really simple, unique and a pleasure to look at! Keep it up! <3

Some of them are a bit too simple to guarantee safety on E621, while others look like they'd do fine here.

sorry for the late response everyone, been somewhat bummed for the last few weeks..

i understand they’re too simple for e621’s quality rules, and i’m not uploading them either. that’s why i’m doing my best to improve my art, and i’d appreciate some feedback and criticism as i mentioned in the very first post.

The only thing I could see being an issue is stuff made on paper. Just remember to scan it if that's your medium as photos are rarely accepted unless they're on-par with what a scanner could provide.

Overall I think you'll be just fine.
