Topic: Can I know why all my arts are getting deleted for bad quality ??

Posted under General

Ok so, I'm kinda pissed of right now, i posted 2 arts, the 2 arts got deleted for bad quality
So i did another one, 9 megapixels, good quality, good work, and then they deleted it again, excuse me but, what the hell

What are the requirements for getting approved ???
I can see way much simple arts on the website getting approved

It's probably because your ART isn't up to snuff with this site's standards.
If you bring up the excuse that, "there are far worse art here", well those are usually satirical and funny.

But from the ONE image you still got up, that looks like it may get taken down as well, it looks like a "1000 hours in MS Paint" drawing
and not the funny kind cause I can tell you tried.
Simply put, I think your art is OK but not OK enough to meet e6 standards. Maybe keep posting to DA or FA and come back here when your skills have improved a lot more.

I sound like a douche, not my intention. Can't speak for anyone else, I'm merely speculating. I only have one pic as a reference.

Read topic #23578 for more detailed explanation for why your posts got deleted.

Note that each submission have to go through either one or a few moderators before they get approved/declined, so if the moderator deems that your submission is not up to quality standards, it gets deleted by them.
You may message the moderator that deleted your post respectfully and ask what is wrong exactly with your posts, and improve your artwork quality from there.

Alternatively, you can upload to a more dedicated furry art gallery such as FurAffinity where they have more lenient and accepting quality standards.

Your art is a low quality, not resolution. As in, it doesn't look good enough to display in the archive. Your leftover image, post #2988290, has sloppy lines for the arms and legs, and yet not the torso. That kind of has me thinking you must have traced the torso and butt of the character doing the Jack-o pose, which is definitely a bad thing to do.

Not saying you did, but just some general information that the site has a heavy hand policy to traced content.

I recommend you post to FA or another preferred art gallery if you want to ask why it got deleted so we can see how it looked, first.

I couldn’t have better quality, I was drawing on a Samsung Galaxy S4 with a broken screen

Maybe you shouldn't use a phone with a broken screen to draw...

E6 isn't a personal art gallery, and it isn't gonna host low-quality art just because you're using a shoddy apparatus for making art. You should do any/all of the following: ask around for drawing advice, purchase any of the necessary books or tools to aid you in drawing, or upload somewhere else. You're also not an arbiter for quality, the staff members ultimately choose which posts meet the minimum quality standard and which don't. If you don't like that, then you should really consider posting on FA or etc. sites that don't have standards for quality. Otherwise, if you want art advice you should try asking here or in discord; there's plenty of people willing to help you improve if you're willing to ask for it / accept criticism.

Do you even have a source gallery? E621 is not a great place for amateur artists to post their own stuff. I might think that a few of my images are good quality, but I'm not about to go posting my own stuff here because I know, E621 has quality requirements.
