BURs really don't like moving tags to the Invalid category, it seems. Even though category karina_(disambiguation) -> invalid is plainly there in the approved BUR, it's currently a character tag.

The order of operations seems to be unreliable.
The tag category was first changed to "invalid", then an alias changed it back to "character".

Fixed now.
