So, I'm thinking of a pipe cleaner and not a feather duster, right? I was thinking they make something that has feathers or fur-like texture but is in pipe-cleaner form. Since Pipe_Cleaner has only one tagged post, I'm going to assume that I got this entirely wrong, twice. XD Google Images seems to think it's an "extra soft" "tube brush" or "bottle brush".

Note that a lot of them have rough nylon/poly bristles, and some even have metal. Obviously the one in the posted image seems to be furry somehow, just like this product I found as an IRL example. It's suspiciously close in texture and size, etc. Makes me think the artist actually owns one or used a similar image search for references. Who knows?

I was like "No wait, a feather duster is those things with the feathers spread out!" so... double-checking the definitions and examples and confirmed I needed to find the right tag. It does remind me of a Boa String (toy for cats that has a ringy ball at the top of a long stick, with big furry 'tail' hanging down to distract cats with).
