Yeah, but that seems like a pretty useless species tag. It could easily be aliased to fox and anthro instead. I can't think of any reason why that tag makes any sense, especially considering that we don't tag species based on what the source says.

Denied. Werefox is a species. And ideally tags like werefox, werewolf etc shouldn't be tagged unless there's something to indicate they're a were* version vs being just a normal version of their species (either iconography like a full moon, or signs of transformation, etc). But at most, that means it should be cleaned up, not that it should be aliased away. And not to a character tag since not all creatures tagged as being a werefox are automatically a character named "werefox". So this one just wouldn't work for multiple reasons.

IMO pics tagged with werefox are in most cases incorrectly tagged. For example post #483544 is similar to wolf's transformation.
