This is an attempt to resolve the t-dick situation.

create alias hyper_tdick (0) -> enlarged_clitoris (6)
create alias hyper_t_dick (0) -> enlarged_clitoris (6)
create alias hyper_t-dick (2) -> enlarged_clitoris (6)
create alias t_dick (0) -> enlarged_clitoris (6)
create alias tdick (3) -> enlarged_clitoris (6)
create alias t-dick (0) -> enlarged_clitoris (6)
create alias big_t-dick (2) -> enlarged_clitoris (6)
create alias clit-dick (0) -> enlarged_clitoris (6)

The term t-dick is used to refer to a clitoris that has grown to look like a penis head.
Some cases are more prominent than others. For example:

As such, that tag is effectively synonymous with enlarged_clitoris.

I am not sure that aliasing all t-dick tags to it is the best idea, however.

Couldn't hyper_t_dick go to hyper_clitoris? Although... there's some really huge variance even in that. Some things under hyper looks much more like regular enlarged, others like pseudopenises.

I think that those should be distinct things.

I think a hyper_clitoris and a hyper_enlarged_clitoris, as confusing as that sounds, ought to be two different things.
