There definitely needs to be some cleanup, but "robotic" isn't a defined shape. The alias makes sense, because the only two ways of interpreting it are "It's mechanical" and "it's on a robot", the latter of which is invalid.

A lot of overlap with metal_penis too. I'm not sure exactly what qualifies as mechanical_penis...
