remove alias happy_new_year (0) -> new_year (3356)

Reason: Holiday messages should imply holiday_message.
happy_new_year was aliased to new_year in alias #1766 at least 10 years ago for apparently no reason. This should be followed by imply happy_new_year -> holiday_message because we can't unalias and imply in the same BUR
I couldn't find other existing holiday message tags but I might've missed them, if so let me know and I'll add them

They also should be set to imply their respective holidays. Although one would think [relevant holiday] + holiday_message ought to be adequate if these were all aliased to holiday_message.

Actually stuff like feliz_navidad should probably be tagged under merry_christmas spanish_text, the "standard" merry christmas would be merry_christmas english_text
