Their new username looks like one of those two-factor authentication codes my bank texts me whenever I try to log in
There's currently only one post from this artist and they don't seem to use the old name anywhere other than it being their old Twitter handle so I'm not completely sure an alias would actually be that necessary since nobody is actually going to see that name anymore.
