A full nelson is a grappling move, whereas full nelson position is a penetrative sex position utilizing a full nelson to hold up the penetrated character from behind. An implication would be more appropriate, along with implications to from_behind_position (and sex, but from_behind_position implies that already).

In relation to topic #31901, there seems to be a disparity between how full_nelson and full_nelson_position is used. If you looked at full_nelson (i.e., the grappling move), full_anal_nelson and full_vaginal_nelson are aliased to it.

It looks like those aliases were made 2 years ago, while full_nelson_position hasn't been used much until last year, and many of those earlier uses had the tag removed. It first appeared 7 years ago, but the oldest active post that still has the tag is 4 months ago, so it was easy to miss when making those aliases.

Reason: 1/2 to make full nelson follow standard format of the other sex position tags. As the tag group:sex positions wiki says, "_position is to reserved for sex positions." Someone will also have to add full_nelson_position to the sex_positions wiki. Also need to reject topic #31901, which has alias anal_full_nelson -> full_nelson when we need alias anal_full_nelson -> full_nelson_position.

Reverse and implicate instead. A full_nelson_position will necessarily be a full_nelson, but not all full_nelsons will be the sex position (and you can have a full nelson in an explicit image that doesn't have sex).

I concur with Whatsit, the dealias is a good start, but there still needs to be allowance for "traditional" full nelsons (ie the wrestling move) that don't have to do with sex positions.

This leaves the question of whether or not we should alias full_nelson to full_nelson_(wrestling), or invalidate it so that it can point towards full_nelson_(wrestling) and full_nelson_position

I don't think mass-updating 6000 posts all at once would be a good idea. It should be combed through to remove all non-sex posts at the very least first.
This is in a very similar situation with spooning where people can't see to differentiate between general position and sex position.

I am considering whether expanding the full_nelson_position tag to include non-sex acts would be a viable option.
