Reason:

Amurensis has requested his art not be posted elsewhere. He has even complained at seeing artwork he owns posted here, and should be posted to the DNP list.

It's better to let this stuff be handled as part of the Takedown process. If DNP status is granted/requested then NMNY (who's the admin in charge of Takedowns) will create this implication automatically, so as a suggestion it's not actually needed. I appreciate that this is trying to help, but in this case we already have a system in place and this just creates more work. So I'm going to delete this implication and the premature flag. But don't worry, NMNY will most likely be in direct contact with the artist as soon as they get online, and they'll start processing the Takedown request. And when he does that, he'll also do whatever else needs to be done to make sure it's handled properly between the artist and us.

So thank you for trying to help with that, but denied because it's better for it to go through the system we have in place for it.
