Maybe alias it to invalid_tag instead? I can see some non-furred scalies and such under that tag, I think it's been used in the same way as furry. (Which is also invalidated.)

Oh...right I forgot it could also be a misspelling of furry.

Alright, changed it to be furr to --> invalid_tag and then approved. Because looking at what was tagged under it, I think Genjar is right that some mistags were for "furry" instead of just "fur". There were quite a few images which didn't have any fur on them. It was a good catch.
I also approved the very much related furred to --> fur alias that was forum #144266
