The art definitely looks similar, and the names are suspiciously similar. But I couldn't find any direct links between accounts, nor cross mentions by using Twitter's search feature.

Cragsqueak art on Cragscleft NG account
I suspect the artist just used the Cragsqueak username because there's no per-post flag on what's mature and what's not on Twitter.
