Topic: [feature] blacklist button on posts, for posts

Posted under Site Bug Reports & Feature Requests

Requested feature overview description.
have you ever come across disturbing imagery? have you ever seen a picture that you didn't like but you couldn't put your finger on why you don't like it, let alone a tag you could put in you blacklist? have you ever seen an image that made you wish there was a big red button you could press so you'd never see it again?

well of course you have if you've been in this hellhole for any amount of time! and i propose we introduce the Blacklist Button!™

Why would it be useful?
with the Blacklist Button!™ you don't have to fiddle around in the blacklist menu or memorize clunky metatags to get away from a post as soon as possible, just press the Blacklist Button!™ and in a snap that picture is gone and forgotten!

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
the Blacklist Button!™ will appear on post pages, and i may be legally required to say that it will also affect your blacklist box

so what are you waiting for? get the Blacklist Button!™ while supplies last. ORDER YOURS TODAY!!!

I don't see any way to do it with the API, but it should

1. Add id:12345 on a new line on the blacklist, length permitting.
2. Redirect to the current search or /posts
3. Display a "Blacklist Updated" pop up

I think people still will refuse to use it, even if you put a neon orange button right in the middle of the screen.

I think something like this would be more useful as one of those search menus, like how you can favorite/edit posts from the thumbnail. But instead when you see something from the thumb you can change the functionality to blacklist so you don't have to go directly to the image you're trying to avoid looking at as there are def situations where it's obvious from the thumb the image isn't for you.

honestly if sets could be blacklistable it would be easier because you could just create a set for quick blacklisting but alas.
