"Same artist, different online handles" is not really helpful.

Their FA page claims they're more active on Twitter as Knotsosfw and Supremo Burrito. Even so, I do agree that it would be easier if the requester remembers to provide evidence for their chain of logic, but I suppose the effort in confirming that chain offers third party confirmation. :\
