Implicating beige_background → plain_background

Reason:

There's enough background colors to justify differentiating that odd greyish/whitish/yellowish/"Windows 95 tower" color that is beige, but it needs it's implication like the others.

What about tan_background?
Beige was aliased to tan for fur colors, because those were too hard to distinguish. Shouldn't the same apply to backgrounds?

I never liked using tan because it overlaps with brown too much for how I perceive colors.

However, for a background, it doesn't really matter that much and tan sounds prettier than beige; it's close enough for me. +1
