The bulk update request #1941 is active.

create alias captive (0) -> captured (5139)
create alias captivity (0) -> captured (5139)

Reason: All three of these tags refer to the state of being held captive by someone or something. captured is the tag most widely in use and the only one with a wiki page, so that seems like the best one to alias these others two.
