The tag implication #43379 spiral_knight -> spiral_knights has been rejected.
Reason: Spiral Knights are a race of chibi energy being characters from the game... Spiral Knights
To have 190+ images tagged "Spiral_Knight" not being given the copyright tag Spiral_Knights is a oversight, hehe.

OK, this is starting to get eerie. I just talked about playing Spiral Knights with a friend a few days ago, and I even reinstalled it (before finding out that I needed more space for other games). Is this some sort of prophecy, that Spiral Knights will receive some big update soon?!
+1 nonetheless, though maybe we should make it spiral_knight_(species) since the only difference between the species and the copyright is one letter...

I say this with alot of love in my heart for Spiral Knights as a long time player, I do not believe it will get a big update or major patches anytime soon or the near future.
The current owner of the game, Grey Havens is more focused on keeping the game on life support than keeping it polished. "Rather than allow those games to disappear forever, we have assembled a doughty crew to keep them operational for as long as we can." on their main site, they currently own two games, Spiral Knights being one of them.
As enraging as it may be, you can't be to upset, afterall... They are the reason the game is still playable and not butchered after Sega sold their property. Poor servers, bugs, and stagnant updates being a thing- I still love the game with all my heart and wish what I can for it, the story is wonderful. :)
It has a lively community of modders on discord using 'Knight Launcher' to keep the game polished in their own way, check out what they're doin' if yer interested.

Didn't fans take over when Sega abandoned Phantasy Star Online? If the big company isn't bothering, fans may have.
Or is that what the Knight Launcher is?

Well... they did, it was going to be an open source recreation of Spiral Knights or some other, but they got DMCA'd pretty soon after.
if you wanna read through a 8 month old Forum thread about the community's outlash towards towards Grey Heavens putting out a DMCA on a open-source spiral knights aswell as the state o' the game. I do not know the full story of what 'appened myself, they got DMCA'd right as I found out about it. Knight launcher and the modding scene is still alive.
The second post in that forum I hyperlinked above from user Fiery-Diskgun has some fine words shared.

create implication spiral_knight_(species) (203) -> spiral_knights (697)
Reason: This just seems rife for mistags without a suffix.

Can be rejected now that spiral_knight has been moved to spiral knight (species)
The tag implication spiral_knight -> spiral_knights (forum #326611) has been rejected by @slyroon.
Though it does leave spiral_knight empty. What should be done with it? Changing category to invalid, aliasing to spiral_knights?
