Unlike penis/balls/pussy, Breasts are tagged, even if they are obscured by clothing. Does this apply to teats too? I can't find anything about it in the wiki.

Teats are nipples (for e6 tagging, the extra nipples down the abdomen or near the crotch), not breasts. Teats can be attached to breasts in the case of multi_breast or crotch_breasts, but teats themselves are like penis/balls/pussy/nipples in not being tagged when covered by clothing. There is nipple_outline which would be a more appropriate tag if you can see their outline when covered by clothing.

And this would be multi_breast + ¹ nipples + ² teats (and if there was an additional row of breasts + crotch_breasts)?

¹ nipples for the standard breasts
² teats for additional breasts

edit: in the crotch_breasts wiki: Teats, which is either the long nipples on an udder specifically, or nipples without boobflesh at the crotch.

so:
if crotch_breasts -> nipples ?
if flat, but nipple -> teats ?

I'm not sure what the rule is for crotch_breasts is when you have a full row of multi_breast down the abdomen that happens to get close to the crotch area, as opposed to a single pair of breasts that are near the crotch instead of on the chest, but regarding multi_breast+nipples+teats, yes.

If crotch_breasts are for when there's only a single pair of breasts near the crotch, that would make sense (although that would contradict the first simple example, since there's boobflesh there). But if it can include multi_breast that goes all the way down to the crotch, I'd say those should follow "chest has nipples" and "abdomen has teats" regardless if there's boobflesh or not.

It looks like the wikis don't fit to each other. Maybe we should update them, if we can get to a consensus with some other users.

Nope. Well, in this case yes, but becareful about calling them teats. Teats are either long nipples, the natural "mini-lumps" on animals like horse, or the nipples on an udder (which are usually long anyways). At a thumbnail's glance those ones look more humanlike but they aren't.
