create alias yae_(genshin_impact) (0) -> yae_miko (111)

Reason: Same character.
Yae Miko is pretty unambiguous already, but as far as I can tell all characters from genshin_impact have _(genshin_impact) anyway, so merge the two of them into one to avoid confusion

They should only if the name is ambiguous. Other characters having an extraneous _(genshin_impact) isn't a good reason to unnecessarily add it to more.
