Topic: What are the actions Allowed ONLY for Artists on e621?

Posted under General

So, What I want to know is :
●The difference between the artist in e621 and the rest and ●The results of their actions.

Of course, the "e621-rules" apply to everyone -- For example, Insulting is Not allowed, and especially Insulting against Artists is the Biggest e621 prohibition, I think.
All I can imagine now is these following :

Sorry, I literally have to ask because of that topic.
What I want to know is How the artists in e621 will be treated.
If there is anything else that Only Artists Can Do, I would like to know.

PS : It would be great if you could tell me Where you got that info -- In case I am asked for an explanation, I would have a hard time explaining Without Evidence.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is not really important, but I wanna be an ""ambassador"" of e621 -- That is, I wanna guide Japanese beginner users to e621.
In addition, My real goal here is to be BOTH an artist And a volunteer ... Because I feel that I can understand the essence of the world that way.
Updated
1) I believe self-advertising is allowed as long as it stays in within the description field and is not the actual post itself. Additionally, they can also add in their commission details through the Settings page.
2) Commercial content is subject to the artist or publication company's permission, so if they decide to release it publicly, it shall be considered as "free".
3) Takedowns can only be issued by copyright holders (i.e., artists, commissioners, character owners, intellectual property holder, etc.).
4) Nobody is exempt from TagWhatYouSee, use Lore tags if they disagree with it (such as that of gender).
As for your project in topic #31350, I would highly recommend also adding in a disclaimer that the entire site is mainly in English and that there is no support for Japanese-only speakers.
The only admins I know that speaks a foreign language is @NotMeNotYou (for German support) and @DasaDevil (for Spanish/Mexican support), and neither of them speak Japanese so getting technical help may be difficult.
Thanks for your quick reply.
Yes, This is an English site, I will tell Japanese to use a translator like DeepL ... with some effort/ingenuity.
Also, I'd warn them not to use unfamiliar words unnecessarily (( because of racist expressions )).
About #1) and Description, If it is allowed to use Links to commissions, I will use that method of explanation.
Well, By the way, I will think of a better way to deal with #3) ... with my wit (lol)
Remember that the description field is still subject to other rules on the site.
Under Advertising, it is acceptable and encouraged for artists to use the 'description' field of their posts.
However, if they started typing gibberish or posted 20 different links in the description field (that has completely nothing to do with the main post), then it can be considered Spamming or Abuse of Site Tools.
Okay, I see, Rules are also applied to Description.
I think, That means:
Even in the Description, Even it was by Artist -- Posting 'description' as part of a work (( =treated as an artist's message )) and 'Role-play' are also Still treated differently.
More specifically:
It seems to be important to understand the differences between Role-play/Troll/Spam... - and - Other actions Not against rules (( = Appropriate behavior )).
Though, I kinda understand what I should think/do in that case. (`・ω・´)
if the admins like your art they might just slap posting perms on your account where as normal users gotta earn that shit.
* Fox Laughed for a moment *
Soorry, I laughed, but You're so right -- Certainly I have seen such artists and regular "Member"s too.
I mean, In the first place, --- Nah, As a matter Of Course for Artists = Creator,
And If they want to be called an """"Artist"""" in an honest way, I think:
It is more important To have some environment (scanners, tools, software) - than - Posting shitty submissions where Approver gets lost in Yes or No.
-- Only good things are said to be good --
Yes, I should ... If I want to be called an """"Artist"""" , Then I should think about What viewers would feel/think and don't try chiken game, alright.
It's not really about liking or disliking the art itself.
Unlimited uploads are often given to artists who primarily upload their own artwork, with good visual quality and decent tagging.
There's no need to manually approve that sort of stuff. Simply removing that restriction reduces the janitors' workload.
is that chiken as in "chicken" or "chikan"
That's a more polite way of saying what I said, granted you included the aspect of janitor workload which I didn't.
Hm, I guess I was right, what Wolfy said was the essence of upgrading.
