Just because two artist pages have the same links does not mean it's the same artist. Anyone can edit those pages.

In this case, the Madopts FA page FA links to the DearEditor Twitter (although that account is suspended).
The Patreon link on that page also matches the one on the HentaiFoundry profile.

☝ This is how you prove that the two names belong to the same artist. Please, start doing that.
