I think it would be better to reverse this. livestream seems less ambiguous.

Streaming also describes not-live entertainment such as streaming music and Netflix. I've been using livestream specifically for images with some combination of chat box, Twitch-style viewport, and characters interacting with webcams.

That said, it's hard to tell the difference visually between streaming and live streaming, so I wouldn't oppose an alias. As scaliespe mentions, livestream has ~950 tags vs. streaming ~400 tags.
