The same user behind this one also seems to be responsible for spyke_(saurian), and I don't see any reason that shouldn't just be spike_(mlp).

I'd support keeping spyke_(saurian) for the images with the distinctive hairstyle e.g. post #3111148. The hairstyle is a pretty obvious tell. We can call it an alternate universe character ala geno_sans_(aftertale) etc. But the tag should definitely be removed from images like post #2685425, which is just canon Spike with eyeshadow.

I think it’d be fair to handle spyke_(saurian) the same way we do princess_molestia, use the hairstyle or being referred to by name as the determining factor.
