Reason: Stuffing has 1100+ images tagged, while belly stuffing has 32. They're one and the same in what they're describing, all stuffing is belly stuffing as far as tag definition and usage goes.

Bellies aren't the only thing that can get stuffed. An implication is probably more in order.

Stuffing is used for the process of/kink for overeating, not for expansion or inflation in general.

I'm not going to hunt down potential images of things, including food, being shoved up people's asses because I feel like there are better ways to spent what precious life I have, so you're going to have to trust me when I say mouth is not the only hole that can be stuffed.

Yeah, for sure. There's probably a specific fetish tag for that stuff too, besides improvised_sex_toy.

I just think Hungrymaple meant that the customary definition of stuffing on e621 is different than in the wider world. Like how we distinguish *_grab from holding_*, even though they mean the same thing. Or how stomping specifically means on another character.

As a policy, it can lead to confusion, as you're experiencing. It's just a practical compromise.
