How about specifying which emotion you mean with tags like sad instead.
There 31 pics tagged with it and it's used from time to time so I think that maybe alias is needed.
Also:
emotions and emotional may need alias or just cleaning.
emo and emo_hair are also problematic tags but they probably deserve their own thread.

Are there any other emotion-related terms that are this ambiguous? The only other one I can think of is feels, but that actually has a clear (albeit fairly memetic) meaning.
I ask because if there are it might be worth making an emotion_(disambiguation) page. If there isn't... yeah +1 to cleaning it up and aliasing them. I'm not 100% convinced on invalidating emotional, but I'm also not convinced it's worth keeping anyways.
Alias or not, that definitely needs a cleanup.
Aliasing that to hair_over_eye would almost work if it weren't for those damned hair_over_eyes posts. :p
