Reason: King Cold is Frieza's father, so he should be the same race

EDIT: The tag implication king_cold -> frieza_race (forum #329655) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

We don't imply characters to species because they can be drawn as an alternate_species. For example, King Cold shouldn't get tagged frieza_race if he looks like a cat.

This also applies to forum topic #32856 and topic #32855, and in general for characters. Due to TWYS, if they look like a different species then they get tagged a different species.
