It looks like someone intended to describe... "official process art" (?) related to an animated film (post #336473), and then other people just tag dumped animations onto it. I don't know what the tag for this specifically would be, since it's not a model sheet or storyboard, looks like an exploration of a pose and costume details in a scene. There's only one image like that tagged animation art and the tag is too vague to be worthwhile, so aliasing is probably for the best.

E: probably concept art and official art would be appropriate?
