As someone very critical of downvoting for dumb reasons, I'm sure this could backfire. The mods already have access to this list, I don't think access should be given to everyone else.

Oh its just that a couple of my recent comments are making me think somebody is downvoting them to tell me they have beef with me. I want to know who it is but I can't just ask without knowing who it is.

You can ask an admin to have a look over your comments.

Edit: giving this ability to everyone would be a massacre.

That sounds like a terrible idea. It would just start flame wars over votes.

DubsTheFox is right – make a report and ask the staff team to review votes on your comments.
In this case, turns out that someone was indeed targeting your comments, and was dealt with.
