Oh, well all of the art posted on this site has this same like to PuppyDreams's inkbunny (https://inkbunny.net/PuppyDreams), but I can't find any trace of kunook or that the artist had a username change.

Very similar thing happens with pochowek and e1m8, as the latter is a bit of a shadow-alias for more suggestive art. Maybe that's what is going on here? Which would definitely make the alias supportable. Has PuppyDreams ever hinted anywhere at using kunooq as a pet name of sorts?

All I can find is that Kunook is an e621 user who uploaded all but one of the posts tagged to PuppyDreams. Of the two kunook tags not applied by Kunook themself, they were applied by a user who'd been adding 'puppydreams' to other 'kunook'-tagged posts. That suggests Kunook might-possibly-could be PuppyDreams' own account, but as there's no supporting evidence for or against, it might be best to simply remove the kunook tag from the posts and leave it at that.

They still appear to be active, with an uploaded post within the past 3 days. I sent them a DMail asking if they can provide any input to this thread.
