Reason:
Cum drool implies there's cum on said character's face. Where else could it be dripping from?

Denied. Cum_on_face refers to cum on the surface of someone's face. While cum_drool refers to cum dripping out of someone's mouth. The problem is that cum can drip out of someone's mouth (from their tongue or lips) without it actually touching the rest of their face (cheeks, chin, forehead, or nose, etc). So while some images may show both tags happening at once, not all of them would qualify for both of these tags. And as long as it's possible to have cum_drool without cum_on_face, this implication will not work.
