Technically speaking you can braid anything from yarn to Twizzlers, but I don't know that it's ever been used this way and braided_hair seems specific enough to be the general tag out of the two.

dreadlocks -> braided_hair as an implication.
...We'll have to clean up some if we do this, though, as Lucario tends to get tagged Dreadlocks when it's not actually a matted braid of hair, but a large singular hair-esque thing.
