yeah, I know the wiki says sagging breasts are associated and not always ect ect but I feel like breasts that sag are most definitely natural.

Why is natural_breasts a tag? Sounds like obvious POV pushing to me.

Tits with implants can sag over time with age, like a baseball in a sock. And I noticed that droopy breasts is aliased to natural breasts. Shouldn't it be aliased to sagging breasts instead, since not all natural breasts droop? Do we have a tag for perky breasts?

If the wiki already clarifies that there are exceptions then there are exceptions.

there is not a perky breasts tag and I would assume it's because the go-to in art is gravity defying breasts. You do make a point about sagging implants however when I look for posts with both tags there aren't any and It would just seem a lot easier for tagging purposes.

Sagging can happen with breast implants, the tag natural_breasts is meant to broadly describe breasts drawn with "imperfections" or natural peculiarities in shape, size, or feature that make them stand out from the average stylized breasts.
