change category ask_blog (3989) -> meta
Reason: Images tagged with ask_blog typically show a user-submitted question along with a character answering, or art that otherwise relates to the question in some way. As it's some sort of image format, I believe it fits in the meta category along with other tags like sequence, model_sheet, cover_art, etc
I agree with the suggestion, but I never liked the "ask blog" name. None of the posts you linked are from blogs, and tbh I never remember what that tag's called (I keep searching for "character ask" or stuff like that)

I like the sound of q&a_format, but I feel like ask_blog is probably more recognizable.
Perhaps? It includes the recognizable "ask_blog", but acknowledges that these do not have to come from blogs.
