Your email hasn't gotten a reply yet because every time I open it I'm at a loss of words on how to nicely tell you that your own behavior is the source of the problem.

If I can be really blunt here, calling other people's kinks or fetishes disgusting in a thread focused on discussing the presence of said fetishes on other websites is a surefire way to get yourself marked for being disruptive. Your comments in that thread offered nothing of value to the discussion taking place since you attacked other people's likes, instead of trying to further the thread by providing actual arguments, insights, or anything else of value.

Okay so I kinda understand where you're coming from but the aspect being glossed over here is morality. With those fetishes I have a pretty strong belief that morality is questionable and of course that's a major reason why I don't participate in them. Furthermore, making the argument that I must somehow like those fetishes because I'm speaking out against them is asinine and an attack on my character. Surely you can see why I reacted the way I did.

And I don't think my comments in that thread were just "ur fetishes r stupid" I said a lot more than that. I explained why other sites did not feature said fetishes and countered the argument that not having certain fetishes would essentially be a recipe for failure.

You and I both know that while my opinions can be rather blunt with my opinions I'm generally well-behaved. Of course I flew off the handle with that kangaroo issue years ago, I haven't forgotten that. So I'd like to appeal to your humanity. Maybe we forget about this negative mark, maybe I drop the whole fetish talk. I'm not out here to cause trouble, I promise I'll do better.

The individual forum posts that you got a record for deserves you of a record, rather. It does seem as if you are complaining that you have records because of those posts, after all.

I disagree with a moderation decision that's all it is. Maybe it could have been a warning, I think a neg was a step too far. But I've already made a mod aware of that and apologized.

But you did get a warning, but you seem to ignored that and got upset when you did it again and got a negative record for it. It doesn't seem like you want to learn from your mistake and mainly trying to sneak one's way out of your actions have consequences.

If you want a hope in hell of getting those records removed, you will first need to understand that you have done anything wrong, let alone exactly what.

It's generally not a good idea for non-staff to DM users telling them how to act, and starting that type of discussion in a thread runs the risk of stirring drama up. Really the best solution is to just repot something that doesn't fit regulations and let them handle it instead of getting yourself involved. Especially considering that, well users aren't always right. Making a scene then finding out your wrong puts yourself in the dunce hat, been there would rather not again personally lol.

I don't mind if someone wants to DM me and talk to me, I'm not saying they should tell me how to act but a polite conversation on what they feel I did wrong doesn't seem out of the question.

EDIT: Also, reports aren't magic. Staff can and do reject reports filed for invalid reasons, and take action against disruptive users without the help of a report.

I don't want to argue with you and I can't see who filed any report. Quite frankly I'm surprised I can see any reports. That's one thing FA doesn't do is show ticket backlog.

I'm in agreement that I may have gone too far but I didn't think it warranted a negative record. But this thread hasn't helped aside from getting NMNY to offer an explanation why he ignored my emails.
