I've found a japanese artist by the name of: U68Rz

None of their work has been archived here and i wanted permission before posting all of it but it seems they have their twitter profile privated to followers and closed to dm's. Also can't seem to find any other social media account of theirs. Has the artist ever been present here or taken down on any of their art on the site?

As long as the artist isn't on the DNP list, you won't be penalised for a takedown any more than a regular deletion.

Although for every 4 deleted posts you lose one post from your hourly upload limit, yours is currently 11, meaning that if you uploaded 44 pieces of their artwork and received a takedown you'd no longer be able to upload anything. In this case, an admin may increase your base upload limit if you ask nicely, but it's not guaranteed.

1. That link leads to a non-existent Twitter.
2. Unless destroyed, which is VERY rare, no art with the artists tag exists.

Minor nitpick, it's from your overall upload limit, not hourly upload, but otherwise yes.

My bad, I don't have one so I forgot how it works.

It's fine, those things happen, though at some point, with a high enough upload limit, they get approved before you hit the limit. Just remembered that your posts get auto-approved essentially, and not just no limit.
